Category I : Pre-IPO Assessment
We assist in performing an overall assessment and evaluation on our Client’s business prospects, strategic plans, financial position, funding requirements, operational processes, group structure and etc. for the purpose of identifing challengences that our Client may encounter before initiating the listing process. A Pre-IPO Plan will be established, discussed and agreed with our Client after taking into consideration the available resources and support that our Client has in addressing the challenges identified.

Category 2 : Pre-IPO Plan Execution
We assist in monitoring the progress of the work carried out with reference to the Pre-IPO Plan, provide advises on matters which require our professional expertise, provide support in terms of resources, resolving issues which may have significant impact to the listing process and etc. to ensure that all challenges are addressed prior to IPO process.

Category 3 : Initiating the IPO Process
We assist in bringing in relevant professionals, coordinating the due diligence process, preparing the required historical and prospective financial and non- financial information and monitoring the timeline established for the purpose of reducing listing costs, improving process efficiency and etc.
